Zhanrui won the Science and Technology Award of China Communications Standardization Association

The China Communications Standardization Association (CCSA) has announced the list of winners of the “China Communications Standardization Association Science and Technology Award” in 2021. The Science and Technology Award of China Communications Standardization Association is a ministerial level science and technology award approved by the Award Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China. It is a high-level and high-quality award in the field of communication standardization in China. This award fully recognizes Zhanrui’s outstanding contributions to NB-IoT standardization, industrial application of the Internet of Things, and ecological development.
As an important component of 5G mMTC, NB IoT has the ability to carry 2G/3G/4G Internet of Things services, and has a very broad application prospect. Zhanrui actively participated in the drafting and formulation of NB IoT series industry standards. The Zhanrui NB-IoT chip platform has been widely used in smart meters, positioning devices, intelligent wearable devices, and other products, strongly supporting the guidance requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Notice on Deepening the Comprehensive Development of the Mobile Internet of Things” and assisting the development of China’s NB-IoT industry.
As the ecological bearer of the digital world, Zhanrui has identified and clarified its own industrial responsibility: to do a good job in the ecological “soil”, on the one hand, to provide advanced technology for the industry, on the other hand, to help the industry expand new space and provide support for the industry to enter new businesses. Zhanrui has been actively involved in standardization work and is a member of standards organizations/industry alliances such as 3GPP, IMT-2020 (5G) Promotion Group, CCSA, Star Flash Alliance, 5G Industrial Square, and Industrial Internet Alliance, and has held important positions in multiple organizations/alliances. In the 3GPP 5G standardization work, nearly 1000 standardized technical proposals have been output in total. In vertical industry applications, standard layout is carried out from several dimensions such as chips, modules, terminals, and industry convergence applications, and integrated and innovative applications are carried out in key industries such as industry, logistics, and electric power to help build industry ecology.
