It has been more than ten years since the establishment of the selection. Vario-X, a newly developed product series – Vario-X, is the world’s first fully distributed automation platform, which can connect the equipment to the site without a control cabinet. The combination of Vario-X and digital twin technology can reduce time and cost during the whole project stage (project planning, equipment installation and operation, customer service).

Vario-X connects sensors and actuators directly into the control system to ensure the seamless integration of reliable voltage, signal, data management and step servo driver. Vario-X has a solid interior, IP67 waterproof and dust-proof design, including power supply, control device, circuit breaker, safety technology and I/O connection modules. According to the requirements, these modules can be easily and flexibly assembled. Only a solid backplane with integrated mechanical installation structure is needed to put them in place in one step. After assembly, Vario-X solution can be easily connected to all common installation systems without additional protective devices. Even in extreme environments, it is strong enough and will not be damaged even if stepped on. Vario-X is equipped with multi-core CPU, which can meet all control requirements. As an open control platform, it can be easily integrated into various higher-level industrial Ethernet.
