(hereinafter referred to as “Lianchuang Zhiguang”), in order to further accelerate the asset optimization, focused on industrial control, vehicle-mounted, vehicle-mounted entertainment VR and brand businesses, and stripped the non-brand business-related assets in the mobile phone business of the backlight sector as a whole, Jointly invested and established Jiangxi Zhima Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Joint Venture”) with Shenzhen Segoma Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Segoma Technology”).
The joint venture company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of electronic components, sales of special electronic materials, wholesale of electronic components and other businesses, with a registered capital of 99 million yuan, of which Lianchuang Zhiguang contributed 45 million yuan in kind, holding 45.45% of the shares; Segoma Technology contributed 54 million yuan in cash, holding 54.55% of the shares.
Lianchuang Optoelectronics was established in June 1999 by Jiangxi Electronics Group to integrate part of its high-quality military assets, and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in March 2001. The company is committed to the research and manufacturing of the semiconductor industry, and has the R&D and production technology of electronic components. The product layout includes intelligent control components, high-power semiconductor laser devices and equipment, backlight and applications, wires and cables and other industrial sectors. Industrial bases have been established in Nanchang, Ji’an, Shenzhen and Xiamen.
